Integration

Living the Work

Integration is an essential part of Iboga work. What is seen, understood, and remembered during ceremony is meant to be lived—not left behind as an isolated experience.

Integreation Support

In the Bwiti tradition, the process does not end when ceremony ends. The teachings are practical and meant to be applied in daily life, guiding how one thinks, chooses, relates, and lives. Integration is the process of bringing truth into action.

What Integration Means

Integration is the practice of continuing to learn about oneself and, through that, about life. It is about embodying the Bwiti teachings and applying what was revealed during ceremony in a grounded, honest way.

This often includes:

  • noticing patterns as they arise

  • making different choices based on clarity rather than habit

  • relating to oneself and others with greater honesty

  • allowing life to reorganize around truth rather than old structures

Integration is not about holding onto an experience. It is about living in alignment with what was seen.

Study of Life — For Life

Integration is the ongoing practice of living and taking action on what was revealed during ceremony. The Bwiti teachings, together with your own learning during a retreat, are not something to finish or complete, but something to walk with—applied through daily choices, responsibility, and continued self-honesty. By meeting yourself honestly and making more aligned choices, life naturally begins to feel lighter, more grounded, and more fulfilling.

Integration Support

Support is offered after a retreat to help ground insights, stabilize new patterns, and orient the return to daily life. This typically includes written communication and a scheduled integration call, offering space to reflect on what arose and how it is being lived.

Integration support is rooted in the Bwiti teachings and focused on clarity, responsibility, and embodiment. It is not therapy, nor an ongoing process without boundaries. The work continues through personal commitment, practice, and self-honesty.

A Living Process

Integration is not about perfection or constant effort. It is about staying in relationship with truth as life unfolds.

Some changes are immediate. Others reveal themselves gradually. What matters is presence, honesty, and willingness to continue learning.

Responsibility and Continuity

Iboga does not take responsibility away from the individual—it returns it. Integration is where this responsibility is practiced: in relationships, work, boundaries, and everyday choices.

The teachings offer guidance, but life itself becomes the teacher. Integration is the continuation of the study of life.
